Hi Dawn,
Thanks for using my article! I love the term "stale Listing", that hits the nail on the head! We work with many sellers that chase the market, and always end up behind the curve. It doesn't matter what city you live in, the principles of pricing are the same. Overpriced is overpriced.
And, there's no such thing as "talking about wine too much".
Keep up the great writing.
Regards,
Sue Brown

Thanks, Irina! I always appreciate your input, and I have so much fun thinking of ways that real estate transactions can get put together without any institutional financing at all . . . usually long after everyone else has given up on how something can work!

We need to get together for lunch some time in the near future. You're such a great resource, and I like the community feeling of us local bloggers getting together and supporting each other.

Hey Dawn, love your suggestions for my "stale homes" list report. So... Vertical just might be in your future still. :-)

I absolutely agree with you on sellers helping their homes sell with terms. Carrying paper is unconventional, "out of the box" thinking. It's this type of creative thinking that is absolutely needed in this market.

I am so glad that you're here in Pasadena to educate our sellers on how to carry paper.

Just love it!
