It depends on several factors.  I have a discussion of it in my book &quot;Seller Financing on Steroids&quot; in the appendix section.  If you&#039;re selling your own home, it won&#039;t affect you at all, but you do need to check with your own state... each state is allowed to create greater restrictions than the SAFE act demands if it wants to.
