Where are you?!
I don’t mean the exact location (although that can be pretty important too), but are you giving attention to where you are, what you’re doing, what you’re thinking and feeling?
If you’re strolling in the park, don’t be at the office. If you’re washing dishes, don’t be writing a letter in your head… wash those dishes like you were sculpting the statue of David.
