Jerry Hannan is the founder and creative director of It’s Great to Be Me, Inc. Born on Long Island, the oldest son of an Irish policeman, he was always involved in sports (and usually captain of the team) through high school and college. He made the National Olympic Weight Lifting team in the 1980’s and won several National Championships until an injury forced him to make other journeys.
He has been a successful real estate agent and investor for many years, and is now expanding his natural ability and desire to support and encourage others through his daily inspirational messages. He has generously agreed to publish his notes here every Sunday. He is currently working on publishing his first book, and enjoys a rich and abundant life in Eagle Rock, CA with his partner of 27 years.

Henry J. Dvorken is the founder and President of Courtman Mortgage, and manages both real property and his own real estate note portfolio. First licensed as a RE broker in 1961, he started his own firm in 1963 and has been an industry and civic leader ever since. He has taught numerous courses on both real estate and the mortgage note business.
He has written and published many books including: “23 ways to Buy a Mortgage Note,” a five hour audio CD set (2 discs) and a work book teaching the listener 23 methods of buying mortgage paper. Henry continues to be well known as a fabulous resource in the cash flow industry, with rich knowledge and experience that he is eager to share with those wanting to learn the note business, or those needing creative solutions to real estate problems.
