Comprehensive Consultation $99

If you’re a seller and you decide that you are serious about the idea of carrying paper, and you need more than 30 minutes of my time, you can hire me for a comprehensive consultation and I will perform an in-depth evaluation of your personal situation. I will conduct an interview with you by phone and/or email, and then present you with several options. I will assess your risk tolerance and help you evaluate the risk/reward for each possible seller carry back scenario, and stay with you through the end of your transaction.

Please don’t let this stop you from contacting me. If your circumstances make it difficult for you to pay this fee, just let me know and we will work around it.

If you’re an agent, you can also request a consultation. You may have a:

Once I know a little bit about your situation, I can help you explore ways to put or keep your transaction together. The Seller gets to sell, the Buyer gets to buy, and YOU get paid!

This often involves the creation (and subsequent sale) of a real estate note. If I end up buying the note, or in any way participating in the transaction, the $99 consultation fee is fully refundable.
