I won’t even bother to tell you how long it took to finally settle on this clip, which still contains a lot of flaw and faux pas. The thing is, sometimes you just have to break gravity with something and go for it, warts and all.
It’s not really supposed to be a post . . . it’s something that should go in my bio section, mission statement, etc. But, this is an excuse to try a new medium that seems like it will be a lot of fun, and I’m hoping to expand using video clips throughout the coming year. Seller financing (and the subsequent creation of real estate notes) will continue to be a hot topic, perhaps increasingly so.
This should definitely inspire everyone out there, because you can see that I haven’t set the bar very high. You should be thinking, “If she’ll put something like this up, I really can’t go wrong.” Anyway . . . Happy New Year. I’m back from the dark shadows of a blogging abyss. 🙂
