It’s important to know that there are several ways to successfully put creative real estate transactions together, but there are even more ways to SCREW THEM UP!  I offer a personalized approach to help you (and/or your clients) be protected (armed) with the right knowledge & support.

If you would like to request a private consultation that meets your individual needs, here is how the process works:

1. Help Me Learn More About You  

You’ll begin the process by submitting an online consultation request form below:

I am Buyer: individuals looking to acquire real estate or a business without traditional financing (or professionals representing these buyers)

I am a Seller: individuals looking to sell real estate or a business without traditional financing, who need to limit liability and preserve both real and paper assets (or professionals representing these sellers)

Other: if you do not fit into either of the categories above

2. Are We a Good Fit?

If I decide that I can work with you, we will spend up to 15 minutes on the phone.  From there, I will be able to customize a program and send you a Contract Agreement for Services.

3. Complete Contract Agreement & Process Your Payment

Once you return the signed Contract Agreement for Services, you may process your consultation investment below:

Power Strategy Session – $250

One-on-One Consultation – $1,495

Once your payment is received, you will be given access to my online calendar so you can schedule a formal phone appointment. From there we will work towards meeting your stated goals and objectives in the most efficient and intelligent way possible, whatever it takes.
