Our niche is in facilitating the transfer of jumbo properties $700,000 and above, in cases where there is existing financing that we need to preserve, or when the seller is simply looking to defer capital gains without an exchange.
I usually refer clients who just need a basic title holding (land) trust to Bill Exeter… he’s reasonably priced and you can count on him to know what he’s talking about.
